Over 25 years ago, Soft Coffee began as a small restaurant with just four tables in an office park. Since then, it has grown exponentially with its anchor brand, CAPPELLO, leading the way, and now has over 100 stores across Southern Africa and beyond. Despite this growth, Soft Coffee remains committed to its mantra of ‘familiness,’ welcoming everyone, from suppliers to franchisees, as part of the family.
